Meet the Family & Friends Making It Happen ๐ญโจ
Over the next couple of days and weeks, Iโll be introducing you to the amazing people helping bring An Evening with The Take That Experience: A Million Memories to lifeโbecause it truly takes a village to make a night like this sparkle! โจ
Weโre kicking things off close to home, starting with the wonderful family and friends who are already hard at work behind the scenes. Their love, support, and talents are what make this charity concert so special.
๐ฉโ๐ผ Family First: Co-Host & Mum Extraordinaire

As many of you know, this event is a family effort, co-run by me and my lovely mum, Yvonne Edwards. Weโve worked together on so many events, performances, and charity nights over the years, and itโs always such a joy to combine our shared passions, especially when it comes to live music and making a difference. Youโll see more about Yvonne in an upcoming feature, but itโs only right that we start by celebrating the people who are already making things happen behind the curtain!
๐ค On Support Act Duties: Emma from EJC Entertainment

Bringing the energy before our headline act is none other than the fabulous Emma Cranham from EJC Entertainment. Emma is a true talent and a close friend I met through hosting the Vows & Views Wedding Fairs. Sheโs guaranteed to warm up the room and get everyone in the mood for an unforgettable evening with The Take That Experience. Weโre so lucky to have her on board!
๐ก Meet Our Tech Hero: Jan Pniewski
Every great show needs someone to keep things running smoothly behind the scenesโand for us, thatโs Jan Pniewski: my husband, my rock, and our go-to guy for all things lighting, sound, and tech.
Jan and I have been married for over 11 years and are proud parents to a 10-year-old son who (like me!) is a little bit Take That obsessed. Jan works in the veterinary diagnostics industry, creating software for analysers used by vets across the UK to care for pets. A proud tech nerd with a heart of gold, heโs supported my events for years, quietly working in the background to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

๐ถ While his music taste leans more toward folk favourites like Bellowhead and Hazel OโConnor, Jan has never hesitated to jump into the world of pop when it means helping me pull off a big night. (Fun fact: we met when I was his PAโproof that sometimes love really does grow at the office!)
Outside of events and his full-time job, Jan is also a long-time volunteer at the Cat & Rabbit Rescue Centre, where heโs cared for animals every Sunday for over 15 years. At home, we share our lives with two black moggies, Bobby (named after Janโs late father) and Loki (yes, named after that Marvel character!). Throw in two guinea pigs, Daphne and Velma, and itโs safe to say life is rarely dull at the Pniewski household!
On show night, Jan will be the calm behind the chaos, making sure the sound checks, lighting cues, and mic levels are just right. His steady hand ensures the magic on stage is seen and heard exactly as it should be.
๐๏ธ Welcoming You In: Paul Edwards at Reception
Last but certainly not least in this blog, weโre thrilled to introduce Paul Edwardsโmy wonderful dadโwho will be manning the reception desk at A Million Memories. From welcoming guests and checking tickets to issuing wristbands and selling programmes, Paul will be one of the first friendly faces you see on arrival.

Now retired, Paul has enjoyed a globe-trotting career working with industry giants like Hewlett-Packard and BT. These days, he and Yvonne enjoy quieter hobbies like LEGO building, puzzle-solving, and the occasional getaway. But when an event like this comes around, Paul is always ready to lend a hand, and his support means the world to me.
Heโs proud to be playing a part in something that means so much to both me and my mum, and he knows how much this eventโand Take That!โmean to me personally. ๐
