Even if various jobs and roles come with different pressures and stresses, learning how to build them into our daily routines and deal with them is the key to success and enjoyment in what we do. If we enjoy what we do, the stress and strain of the role seem less important.

We are in charge of organizing clients’ events, suppliers, and lots of people from different industries and backgrounds, so we have to adapt to cater to everyone. Staying positive about what we are doing and remaining organized allows for time to sort things out when they don’t go as planned. Overrunning while being disorganized can lead to unnecessary stress and strain, and the whole atmosphere of the room can change, sucking the enjoyment out of what we are doing.
