Vows & Views Wedding Fairs Debut Fair Launched this Autumn
Sunday, October 20th, was a fantastic day for the Vows & Views Wedding Fair! Despite a bit of wind and rain, the turnout was incredible, with 95 enthusiastic attendees queuing out the door to explore what our 30 talented exhibitors had to offer. From photographers and florists to a magician and an entertainer, we showcased a wide range of wedding services, catering to every couple’s unique style and vision.
Each couple received a goodie bag filled with treats and information from over 30 suppliers, along with a beautifully crafted show guide packed with useful information for the day. The guide introduced them to the fair and shared insights into what Vows & Views Wedding Fair is all about—making dream weddings a reality.
We kept guests well-fed with delicious mobile pizzas from The Ginger Tosser and sweet treats courtesy of Sugar Blossom Cupcakes. One of the highlights was Coco and Blossom, who used the fair as the launchpad for their exciting new business venture.
The exhibitors, too, were well-cared for, thanks to the expert event coordination of Zoe Pniewski from My Special Event and Lyndsey Lee of Office Wrens Virtual PAs. Their meticulous planning ensured that both exhibitors and attendees had a seamless experience, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!
Now, as we ride the wave of this successful event, we’re already planning our Spring Fair for Sunday, May 11th, 2025. Mark your calendars—next year’s fair is shaping up to be even bigger and better. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back in the spring for another unforgettable day of wedding inspiration!
